Shipping Policy


  1. Expenses: Shipping costs and any tax, custom, fee or other cost or expense, foreseeable or unforeseeable, shall be borne solely by the client. If you wish the Product to be insured and/or delivered by any other way other than standard courier service, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs and fees incurred with respect to your order.

In other countries take 30-60 days

  1. A Product will be deemed delivered to the client, a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective Product. We use third-party couriers to deliver orders, and we are not responsible for any third party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders. Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at support@mozlle.com before purchasing to receive a quotation.
  2. The Products are manufactured on your demand. We cannot cancel your order when it's already printed or shipped or when the Product is damaged. If delivery has been documented in proximity to the occurrence, we will deny a claim for fault unless you provide equivalent documentation. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience we suggest you document any Product immediately upon receipt.
  3. Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 How long will order processing take?


Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 14 days. 

How long is the shipping time?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

We want to give you as much value as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our global partners and your item may take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.  Due to factors out of our control such as customs inspections, your item(s) can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, but most of our customers receive their items well before that timeframe. Some of our items are shipped much faster and we indicate this on the product page of the item(s) you purchased from us.

Transit Times to United States: 15 - 30 Business days.

Transit times to International: 30 - 55 Business days

Average transit times are received in 3-4 weeks.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.

What courier will be used for the delivery?

The courier service actually depends on our fulfilment center. This is because our product is sourced from different countries to ensure that you get the best price for it. Courier services vary from country to country. Without a strong business establishment with the courier service we are unable to obtain cheaper rates thus in terms of speed we would lose to global marketplaces such as Amazon and so forth.

However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package

I ordered more than 1 item, and I have only received one item, why is that?

We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

 Do I have to pay any tariffs or custom tax on the products?

Prices revealed on your respective receipt MIGHT be different from what you ordered but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

Import Charge

Buyers pay import charges (including tax and customs fees) when purchasing items from another country. Import charges are generally based on the item's price, postage weight, dimensions, country of origin, and any taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Please check with your local custom.

Additional Considerations:

  • Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, KYC Document or Tax ID.
    • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey. 

 I placed an order but did not received a confirmation email. Why?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@mozlle.com

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I want to change my order / address, can I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@mozlle.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item to the nearest Regional Warehouse and once received we can send out a corrected item. Please contact us to find out where is the nearest Regional Warehouse from your country.

Why am I getting $9999 shipping rate?

This could be a result of your shipping address.
