Return Policy


Return Management - Mozlle
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you received an item that has been damaged we will exchange it for the same item at no charge, Please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us by email so we can help get you’re a new item shipped out .

 For reason other than this, we do not issue refunds on any of our Sale Items. The reason being is because these are wholesale prices we offer to the public. All sales are final for sale items!

Even though you want to return the item/s back to us and we do not account for any return postage. Also, you can only apply for a replacement within one week prior to the delivery date, beyond that we can no longer issue a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant.

For hygiene and safety reasons the following items cannot be returned within our refund policy or returned for any exchange.

Again if damaged please send us photos so we can send you a new pair.

Leggings or Tights - of any kind in the interest of safety and hygiene cannot be returned or refunded.

Beauty and Cosmetic Products - cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been broken.

Hosiery and Adhesive Bras - cannot be returned once the pack has been opened or damaged (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then returns are fine).

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect sizes. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mozlle.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us: support@mozlle.com for return instructions

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Free Just Paying Shipping Offers
    Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for Free Just Pay Shipping Offers. But we will provide store credit instead. Store Credit will be provided once the item is returned.
